Lived at a home they rented out in Fruita for over 2 years. The entire time we felt like it was just better not to ever contact them about anything unless absolutely necessary. I can honestly say they are one of the worst in Grand Junction, which is saying a lot. They are so completely unprofessional and at times rude. If you call them, most will not even say their name because they do not want to be held responsible for anything they say. Worst company to rent from! The receptionist can’t even say hi on the phone or in person. If you need something fixed they send a maintenance man more likely to hit on you then fix anything and the actual manager is unprofessional giving you only a few hrs notice before they come into your place. You would be better sleeping in the park the renting from these clowns!!
