Very unprofessional and sharky. They will bait and switch you during your research phase of restoration. I would not recommend this company to anyone, especially if you are in a crisis.
Immediate response from Propperty Restoration to mitigate the loss from a leaking shower pan in an upstatirs bedroom which was flooding a basement bedroom and filling the room with a large dose of black mold. Super professional cleanup of the mess followed by a beautiful restoration of the basement bedroom to pristine condition. The whole PR team was wonderful in their updates on progress and cost estimates. I loved their work and would hire them again if needed.
