Woke up to water in our basement Monday morning. They were at the house almost immediately after I called. Super attentive and absolutely professional. Explained everything clearly. Went above and beyond. I hope you never need this type of service, but if you do, Property Restoration Inc will take great care of you. They took away all our stress about the issue and the room is back to the way it was. You'd never know there was an issue.
When my sump pump failed, I had a disaster on my hands, it was heartbreaking. Luke and his team at Property Restoration showed up FAST and went right to work. Their attentive care and communication at an otherwise incredibly stressful time was so helpful and appreciated! It took several days and they 'held my hand' every step of the way even helping facilitate conversations and ease of transaction with the insurance company and adjuster. Highly recommend this team!
