Most frustrating apartment search experience ever. Been stood up by this company twice now for looking at a potential apartment. The first time I wanted to look at an apartment at Amber ridge and my mom made an appointment to look at a one bedroom. We showed up at the place and waited for a half an hour before finally getting ahold of someone. They said there is no apartments available. Says they accept all major credit cards. Filled out application and pay for it. Turns out they don't accept credit or debit cards. So go to use the little cash I have, well they don't accept cash. The gentleman tells me to go get a money order. Yeah just what I want to do. Also, says that he can email my employer but they probably won't get back to him. I can tell you that they will because it would come across my personal desk. Now must move on and find a reputable company to deal with.

Management is unfriendly and don't care about their residents. Building was sent notice to pick up after dogs and they never followed up with it.

Don't Rent From These Guys!!! I have rented from this place since December of this year at the Osgood Place Apartment location. I cannot tell you how cheaply made these apartments are. When the wind blows (and it always is blowing in North Dakota) the bathroom vent clicks loudly and the windows rattle. You can have a conversation in a normal speaking voice from the living room with someone in the hallway. It is supposedly a pet free building but there is always dog feces in the staircase.
