After two days of being in shock with how dirty and damaged my property was when the tenants moved out I started my research with who I would hire. I chose Property Rehab LLC. You don't need to hire multiple companies to get the work done. Their company does it all...biohazard cleanup, painters, damage control. A total project rehab company. I had a water heater that leaked down into my apartment from my upstairs neighbor. Steve came in and did amazing work. He left everything better than it was originally and the clean up was fabulous. He's detail oriented and personable. Absolutely a very nice guy. I recommend his services to anyone.
