The team of two women was on time, they both had a lovely, positive disposition. While neither was fluent in English, we communicated well through a translation app on their phones. The cleaning was thorough and the house looked and felt great when they left. I have only used Property Refresh for house cleaning and not the other services they provide. I've used them for several years.
