DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!!! They are an absolute nightmare. The worst communication I’ve ever seen from any company, and they are dishonest as well. For Gods sake, if you choose not to heed this warning, do not give them a dime until the work is completed and you are 100 percent sure that everything was done right and permitted with the city/county. Had my roof replaced in 2020 by Property Pros. The following winter, my roof developed a leak, which they came out and "fixed". In 2023 during the rough summer storms, my roof leaked again in the same spot. I reached out and was assured that they would take care of the leak, but they were a bit busy due to hail claims. This went on for several months until Property Pros stopped responding at all. I cannot say enough good things about this about Property Pros Inc. They provided professional and great looking results. Hassel free, worked with our insurance adjuster to ensure all details were covered and no surprises. We love our new roof. We would recommend them to my friends and neighbors.
