Less than One start is not an option here so they barely get that...Last Payment with this company, Thank God. This is the worse property management company we have ever dealt with. They Nickle and dime you to death, there is no way to even pay your rent payment without a fee. They charge you for issues that were there when we moved in. Probably great if you are a property owner, but if you are a potential tenant RUN THE OTHER WAY!!!!! They are sweet up front, but when you get ready to leave they look for ridiculous reasons to charge you and keep you security deposit. They charge me to power wash the garage because excessive stains .. what were they stains .. TIRE MARKS. If you use the garage in the property you stay at, you will loose $75.00.
