They are very nice people and take care of business
I applied for a unit with this company and was denied allegedly due to owing rent at my last property. I reached out and requested documentation verifying that I owed rent as I NEVER left a property in debt or with the property being damaged. And of course, all of this is easily proven with receipts and pictures of the property. Not too mention, where I was living, as recently as two weeks ago, I was sent a request for a renewal of my lease. Go figure!! I am a former tenant who rented from Property Professionals. It was a wonderful experience, they were responsive and the property was well maintained. I am moving back into the Dayton area this year and I'm looking forward to renting from them again.
We have been using property professionals for over 12 years now. They have been assisting us with all of our management needs from out of state. I live in New York but my property is in Ohio and I trust them all the time when any emergencies pop up and to deal with all the day-to-day activities. They have always been reliable and to date have not let me down. I highly recommend this management company for any property owners who are in need of assistance .
