They will charge you triple the cost of managing your project yourself, just for you to still end up FORCED to manage the project yourself due to their incompetence. Then, after they take 3x longer than needed for completion, they don’t pay their subcontractors & leave you with a lien on your property & radio silence for months. The communication with Victor was awful. He would not respond to emails or calls. The job quality was not good, I had to have them come out more than once after it was supposedly completed. I eventually paid them to be done with them and had someone else go behind them at my own expense to make things right. Never again
