TOXIC BLACK MOLD!!! Poor property management company! Buying up complex’s without doing their research on how crappy the property already is. They want to increase the rent without cleaning up the property, fixing everyone’s broken garage doors and realizing these are very poorly built buildings out of code. Extremely poor management company.
