Painting started strong on the house exterior walls, but did not finish everything contracted. The longer the painting took, the more corners they would cut. Anytime I would tell them to fix something that was done wrong, I would get excuses that they underbid. After the deck was painted, I realized they did not do the sanding like the contract stated. I needed work done and just didn’t click with any of the other contractors I met, eventually I was a bit overwhelmed. Bob explained all of the work and included items that it seems a few of the other guys forgot, like sealing my windows which admittedly needed resealing. His honest and thorough assessment made him my pick. Before we decided on colors he came out with samples and put them on the walls outside and in. Bob was meticulous, detail oriented, nothing sloppy, no cutting corners and did an excellent job! We are very pleased with his workmanship, attention to detail and work ethic., we highly recommend him. We got 3 bids and his was the best price and we sacrificed nothing in quality and service.
