Quite a few experiences with Property Partners were pleasant. However, when I terminated my lease early, my family and I had to take on the brunt of the responsibility to rent it out even though the landlord is required to. In addition, I was charged a cleaning fee, even though I cleaned for 8 plus hours (3 other people helped) and we followed Property Partners cleaning checklist. I rented from this business a couple years ago. By and far the worst service from a Property Management Company I have ever seen. The landlord has a complete disregard for mental health. I have lived with major depression for over a decade and to help treat it I take prescriptions, go to therapy, and have an ESA who is a cat. It is well known that a landlord cannot deny tenants their documented ESA. One of the worst experiences renting through a company. We were quiet tenants with virtually no damage to the unit. Customer service was very poor and extremely not helpful. We ended up having to pay for a bunch of stuff that we did not damage. I would strongly not recommend this company to anyone who is looking to rent.
