I have owned a double lot in this POA for 3 years now. I’m in the RV and trailer section of Spanish Cove. My experience here has been horrible. I’m only there part time and received 3 violations for grass. I have a very small strip of grass along the edge of the road. These violations are ridiculous. spanish cove is such a nice little community. most of everyone are friendly, beautiful sunsets, fun activities for everyone. the location is great, very calm most of the time and the beach isn't far off. these are both pictures i took at the hiking trail and at the pier. very, very beautiful. so many street cats. kitties everywhere. at their respective homes, wandering the streets, at the office by the graveyard. i love that they put a dome over the pool during the winter so you can enjoy swimming during the cooler months. t... read more
Some of the rudest people live here. They are rude to visitors and are more worried about letting you know they own the roads than politely telling you what the rules are. Sorry yall need to get a life. Especially when no. One is doing anything to bother you.

We owned a really nice Park Model in Spanish Cove, Lillian, Alabama. God only knows how much I miss our home, great friends and the area around their. Of course every place will have people who can't get along with their neighbors. The Cove started having real problems when the Cove let Contractors in to buy up property surrounding the area.
