Jim Fox, the owner is a real professional. He knows what he is doing and he acts punctually and responsibly at each situation. He even responds to maintenance emails in the middle of the night and instead of going back and forth just summons the appropriate contractor (usually Ron Stapleman for general problems) to fix the problem. He could be strict and stubborn sometimes but given my experience in Santa Barbara, he is the best property manager you can have. Go rent from him.
