I'm an 18 month tenant in a very nice 2 bedroom apartment in a quadplex. Competitive rent. Never more than two days(normally one if not same day) on maintenance calls. Attentive general maintenance(lawn care, snow removal, furnace filter swaps). Pleasant staff who answer the phone. Move in was a breeze and the place was clean and ready.
I have nothing but good things to say about renting from Property Minds. Attentive and pleasant staff, responsive maintenance crew and great properties.
We've found the team at Property Minds to be responsive whenever the need to contact them has arisen. They have been quick to replace appliances on two occasions and the maintenance team has been fantastic.
I recently moved from Texas to Wisconsin and was in the market for a place and Kyle Wilson at Property Minds was extremely helpful and very patient with me. The apartment had a great price point and was perfect in size. Whenever I happen to an issue it is handled if not that day the very next. They are great to work with and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place in Eau Claire.
