I just want to say, thank you Property Minds for being so understanding of my medical issues. My fiance and I had moved to an upstairs unit and my medical problems caused me to need something more accessible. Never in my 20 years of renting have I had a company be so understanding. Great pet friendly, clean, maintained location and price. Staff is friendly, courteous and prompt. Their app made paying rent and requesting maintenance easy.

I have been renting from Property Minds for over 3 years. I truly can't say enough good things about them. They always answer my emails SUPER fast. The one time something broke it was fixed right away. They always communicate when they are going to need to enter my unit days ahead of time.
