I was purchasing a property managed by this company. Colette did everything in her power to make the transaction difficult. She was rude to me, both realtors and even the closing agent. She would not answer basic questions and refused to share property financials telling me she would hand them out at the annual meeting which is 6 months away. Her curt emails made it difficult to get what we needed to go to closing. If you are considering this company don’t!
Worst manager ever. Obtuse, abusive in emails and on the phone. Useless. I am trying to figure out how to fire her
Doesn't answer her phone. Threatens legal with no context and is cryptic with her demands. Absolutely terrible avoid at all costs
