I wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy. Too expensive, they charged for silly things and some things they didn’t do. The project manager was rude and the work was sloppy. They didn’t sand the patches on my wall. They used dented and broken wood. One of my door trims was completely broken off and they haphazardly glued the piece back on. There’s chunks missing out of other door trims and a broken screw just embedded in the doorway. I ended up having to get more repairs done when they finished. Property Medics Provided an end to be end professional service to fix my living room ceiling water damage due to copper pipe pinhole leaks. The team arrived when they said they would and quickly started the remediation process and took away all the wet ceiling. They then brought in fans and dehumidifiers to remove all remaining dampness. Once dry the rebuild crew arrive to replace the sheet rock , paint and finish up. At all times the crews were quiet, clean and professional.
