I’ve been trying to inquire about a listed property for over a month and have left multiple voicemails and emails with no reply. As a serious and motivated buyer, I expected at least some form of acknowledgment or follow-up. Now the property is pending sale! It feels like they are either overwhelmed or uninterested in engaging with potential buyers who aren’t already on the inside. If you're genuinely trying to buy a home, be prepared for radio silence.

David Krohn was so knowledgeable and nice, too. He worked tirelessly to find a retired lady and her daughter a place to call home in LA county. He showed numerous condos to my daughter and advised me when it came to offering a purchase price. We are so happy with our home and location! I know I can contact him with any homeowner question. He is a realtor I would recommend to anyone looking for a home!

His paitience in these difficult markets allows his customers to make smart and informed decisions.
