I’m not really happy with this group as a tenant. Infact many commercial realtors I talked to said they’re the worst. Our operating costs are almost double that of other tenants in the area. They over charge for everything like basic snow removal and the tenant is stuck paying twice the operation costs from what was negotiated. I urge landlords and tenants to stay away
