I dad a great experience with PMI. A tree fell in the yard at my rental, and when I called, they picked up right away and assured me it would be taken care of promptly to my surprise. The maintenance team arrived just an hour or two later and remove the tree. I was very satisfied with the speed, communication, and overall responsiveness highly recommend PMI!
I have had an excellent experience with Property Managers, Inc. I had a bit of a difficult situation pop up where my former property manager was having difficulties as they were headquartered in another state. I’ve been living in a PMI-managed property for a while now, and my experience has been great. The team has always treated me well and is quick to respond whenever something needs to be fixed. They’re reliable, professional, and make sure their tenants are taken care of. Highly recommend them!
PMI has always been very helpful and cooperative.
I have been renting with PMI for 5 years now. One of the biggest reasons why I haven’t moved is because I have the best landlords I could ask for. They are human, and they treat you with the same respect you treat them with. Keep in mind, they aren’t perfect, nobody is perfect, but through communication and a willingness to listen to one another, we’ve always figured out every scenario that has been thrown our way.
