I dad a great experience with PMI. A tree fell in the yard at my rental, and when I called, they picked up right away and assured me it would be taken care of promptly to my surprise. The maintenance team arrived just an hour or two later and remove the tree. I was very satisfied with the speed, communication, and overall responsiveness highly recommend PMI!
Mark with PMI was always there in a timely manner if I needed something done in my apartment. I took over my sisters place when she graduated and lived there for 4 years myself. My family dealt with mark for 8 years and never had a problem. Highly recommend for Palmer student or other students near by!
This review is long overdue. I found PMI while acquiring a rental house in Bettendorf, and I’m honestly so glad I did. The property was a mess when we first got it, but they took care of the entire renovation and now manages the home as well. They have great connections with vendors, which made the whole process smooth. I have been working with the folks at PMI for a couple years now and am happy to say the staff has been fantastic. They are quick to respond to messages and questions and have been instrumental in gaining access to properties that they manage for showings and inspections. I would highly recommend giving them a shot at managing your rental/commercial properties
