This review is long overdue. I found PMI while acquiring a rental house in Bettendorf, and I’m honestly so glad I did. The property was a mess when we first got it, but they took care of the entire renovation and now manages the home as well. They have great connections with vendors, which made the whole process smooth. Mark with PMI was always there in a timely manner if I needed something done in my apartment. I took over my sisters place when she graduated and lived there for 4 years myself. My family dealt with mark for 8 years and never had a problem. Highly recommend for Palmer student or other students near by!
