Convenient & affordable housing in the South Cobb and Douglas Co areas
Horrible place to rent from. Do not even bother. Renting a town home that wasn’t fully renovated. Upon leasing the apartment they said it was as is. Soon as they did an inspection of home they are charging me for stuff that was already tainted prior to leasing with them. I was charged a $1000 smoking fee when I don’t smoke. I was told because the sink had burn marks on it as it already had burn marks before moving in. I don’t smoke in my home I have a 4 year old daughter who lives with me. Started renting from PMU in 2017 and it was the best decision I could’ve made. Stayed within the company for 7 years, they were very trustworthy and communicated well with any issues I had. Definitely highly recommend.

Capricorn Salon Studios on Memorial Drive is by far one of the best experiences I’ve had during my professional tenure. I appreciate how “turn-key” the space is, being equipped with all the salon furniture and cabinetry a stylist needs to include a shampoo bowl…and even a tv!
