BUYER BEWARE. There is a special place in hell for dishonest crooks like Anthony Cook and his gang who scam newlyweds out of their hard-earned money. We found a home rental listing on Zillow and contacted Anthony to see if it was still available. He assured us that it was and emailed us the applications. Dishonest, unprofessional, greedy. Do not expect them to answer the phone when you have a problem, or expect your deposit back.
In the beginning they were pretty easy to deal with, the lady that handled the house I was renting always answered me quickly and very professional. I'm assuming since she was professional this company was not the place for her and left. Ever since she left it has been like pulling teeth to get anything fixed. 6 months of telling them my burner on the stove is out and it's still out! The A/C doesn't cool and they keep claiming they didn't get workorders for it although it's all done online and I have printed every single one... read more
