Very care free service. I don't have to interact with the tenants or worry about payments. The only interaction is if there is a problem with some component of the property. Easy accounting and timely reporting.
Whoever was handling my case (for 2 months) lacked communication skills which led my family and I to almost not being able to find a home. Thankfully we were able to find something on our own last minute. I felt no support nor effort invested from this company.
Friendly office staff. If you need repairs on your apt, maintainance people are prompt, courteous and efficient. I love living here. Grounds are kept neat and tidy.
