Worst company ever
7 years ago this company was decent, but now, all i can say is run!!!!!!!!!! Under new management in NC with the old PM and is just a nightmare. Move along and find another company, this one has rotted!
We are spending tons now that our community forced a special election to fire PMS. The former board member (yes one single member) and Tony Barfield ran our community into the ground. Please do yourselves a favor and stay far far far away. Ask around Columbia, evidently PMS is know for this type of negligence.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I have called 3 times to try and settle my mom’s account with no call back. Called multiple times and no answer. I just want to pay a bill and they make it impossible. My mom passed away in December and I’m trying to take care of her accounts. I don’t need extra stress not being able to get in touch with anybody. Horrible company
