Dealt with this management group for 4 yrs. Take my HOA fee every month, but dont fix or repair anything on the buildings. The condo community looks like government housing. I heard they are pocketing HOA fees and make-up faults statements . Master insurance claims are collected but never fixed. Is that not called embaselment. Against the law? We need to call state attorney general on this company.
Worst property management company in Columbia our HOA parted ways with them and still have NOT received our bank statements from them. Also took all our money out of reserves that were set up and put into general operating account
Awful don't NEVER USED THEM ,DONT RETURN CALL DONT PICK UP,BAD ALL THE WAY AROUND HORRIBLE LOOK AT THE RATINGS!!!
