Awful don't NEVER USED THEM ,DONT RETURN CALL DONT PICK UP,BAD ALL THE WAY AROUND HORRIBLE LOOK AT THE RATINGS!!!
Dealt with this management group for 4 yrs now. Take my HOA ever month but dont fix or repair anything outside. The condos look like government housing on the outside. I heard they are pocketing HOA fees, make up fake statements anually, and not repairing roofs or siding. Master Insurance claims are collected but never fixed. Is that not call embaselment. Against the law? We need to call state attorney general on this company.
Horrible HOA management.
They do not maintain the property (Village Creek). Want lifetime payment all at once. Don't accept monthly payment. They are not licensed in Richland County but collect payment in which is against the law. They increase dues with one person on the board (min 3 member board), also illegal. The only amenity is a pool (which is closed most of the time, no renters allowed to use and now will be closed for 2 years). $400 a month and yet on house hunters there are hoas that are under $100 and have many more amenities.
