Awful don't NEVER USED THEM ,DONT RETURN CALL DONT PICK UP,BAD ALL THE WAY AROUND HORRIBLE LOOK AT THE RATINGS!!! They need to throw themselves away. THEY LOST MY CHECKS IN THE MAIL THEY DID NOT PUT A RETURN ADDRESS AND DID NOT PUT MY ADDRESS DOWN FOR IT TO BE MAILED TO ME ITS BEEN ALMOST MONTH.NOW THEY OWE ME OVER 3K AND NOW PLAYING THIS MAIL GAME AND MISREPRESENTED THE HOA AND MONEY.MY OPINION I THINK THEY ARE PROFITING MONEY LAW SUIT IN MAKING AND TRYING TO STRONG ARM ME I ALSO HAVE AN ATTORNEY ON THIS

Worst company ever…very unprofessional.. Tony does not answer phone calls or emails when asked a simple question. They do not notify out of state property owners when there are meetings or HOA elections. I recommend NOT buying any property in an HOA where they manage. I have other properties in SC with different HOA’s and they are easy to work with. PMS is definitely not run professionally at all. Tony should be ashamed!

I have been calling for MONTHS; even gone as far as visiting the office on multiple occasions and have yet been successful in speaking with anyone.

Doesn’t matter how much you call or email, or use the contact form in the portal, nobody ever responds. Then when you go up there, it’s by appointment only. I have so much proof that I attempted to contact this company. The thin haired lady is very nasty abd condescending.

Dealt with this management group for 4 yrs. Take my HOA fee every month, but dont fix or repair anything on the buildings. The condo community looks like government housing. I heard they are pocketing HOA fees and make-up faults statements . Master insurance claims are collected but never fixed. Is that not called embaselment. Against the law? We need to call state attorney general on this company.
