Lived in their property for 3 years, was told the basement was livable, it flooded after moving in ruined sectional couch and some closes, a throw rug. We were never late on a payment and our rent went up every year.They kept our deposit because of miss match paint spots on the wall and denies ever having a work order for the basement.
