DO NOT RENT FROM THESE CLOWNS! I lived in my apartment for three years never caused an issue or even called the office to ask for ANYTHING. Until recently the ac unit stopped functioning properly and my apartment would be consistently 80 degrees well into the evening. do NOT rent from PMS. a week after i moved in, they sent maintenance into my apartment with NO NOTICE while i slept in my bed (nightshifter). i was vulnerable and felt completely violated. when my husband called to inform them that they are legally required to provide notice (KRS 383.615), they told him “the city of Henderson does not recognize that statute”. bullshit. they were informed that they would give notice of be taken to court. if you rent from them, get a door stopper bar. they will come in unannounced if they can ... read more

Have been living in their property since last November (2024) and my lease will be up in ab 2 months (November 2025), and I will say that they have been very good to me in all areas that i think a tenant hopes/expects that their landlord will be good to them. Any time that I have had a maintenance issue, they have had it taken care of promptly and thoroughly, with Wayne primarily being the foreman to show up to take care of my home/apartment, as I requested him by name after the first time i put a maintence request up and he... read more
