Anthony was responsive but other than that this company was a nightmare to deal with. Outdated systems, poor handling of issues, and poor handling of finances. The 'charges' for cleaning were outrageous after we moved out, after we spent several days cleaning the place. There were a few minor items, but got charged days worth of cleaning when in reality it shouldn't have taken more than an hour. Additionally, we still haven't gotten our prorated check for last month of rent.
Anthony was great to work with. I would recommend him to anyone. I have moved and lived a lot of places and working with Anthony was a pleasure. I lived on the property 2 yrs and wish I could have stayed in Colorado.
The other reviews are clearly the vocal minority. I lived in a residence managed by Property Management Services & Solutions for 18 months. I received my entire deposit back. In all correspondence they were timely and effective. Outsourcing maintenance if it needed it or pointing us in the right direction. If you clean once a week and maintain the yard like a normal responsible adult you should be fine; which is saying too much sometimes about some people nowadays.
