There should be a way to leave NEGATIVE stars, this company is beyond Shady it is literally unbelievable that places like this even exist. My husband and I completed the application and paid the fee, only thing that we were missing was a copy of S.S and recent pay stubs or employment verification letter as stated on website. My husband is an independent contractor and does not have stubs, so he called the office to notify that he was waiting for an official employment letter of the company that hired him. Went to look at one of their properties and it was disgusting it smelled terrible when we walked in the carpet clearly and dog poop and pea stains all over it when we left we were COVERED IN FLEAS it was so disgusting I will never recommend them to anyone and never rent from them they obviously dont care about the homes or whose wanting to live in them they just wana collect your money 1100 dollars for a flea infested dog Stained home never in my life. The properties are disgusting. The employees are rude. The owner is a horrible person and is disrespectful to tenants. All your maintenance requests will be ignored. If something’s broken they’ll say “we can’t do anything about that”. If something’s not working they’ll say “it’s working just fine, you’re wrong”. They tell you all the “policies” about property care but literally none of their properties are kept in livable condition.
