I have had an extremely negative experience with Property Management Services, and I can confidently say this is the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. Despite "Property Management" being in their name, the owner appears to have little to no understanding of or interest in providing actual property management services. Amazing ladies! Love this company 10/10
I have found PMS to be entirely unprofessional and incredibly rude on a repeated basis. Especially Lisa D Landy; she can’t even be bothered to spell my name correctly, but has no trouble cashing the checks. Likewise, she says bad things about the community, who pays her to represent it, to prospective buyers of the same community. Just NOT professional in the least.
Lisa Landy and PMS took over management of East Bridge Town Lofts a couple years ago. They have done a wonderful WONDERFUL job-if I had more than five stars to work with, I'd rate them higher!
The owner was extremely rude and petty. She shows no empathy nor does she care about the people who live on her properties. Nobody returns emails or calls so it takes months to years for anything to happen. No idea how this company persists.
