If I could give less stars, I would. The owner of the property is heartless and likely dishonest. I've lived in Lawrence almost my entire life, and have been renting here for almost a decade. I've never had a problem getting approved for anything. After jumping through all of their hoops (including having to repeatedly come back to their office during short business hours because they weren't ready to accept my checks for deposit and application fees, refusing to accept my first application I printed out directly from their ... read more
