Called company to request a showing of an apartment. They wanted me to pay a 25 fee and fill out an application that required personal information just to see it. I don't mind filling out an application, once I am serious about renting. I just wanted to see what the place looks like. That's all. Great place. They really take care of the properties they manage!
When I moved in first day, I found out 100 cockroach. Their property management was terrible. When I move out, they did not paid back over 14 days without notice.They required special cleaning by several company.I never uesd fire place but their cleaning company found ash and cleand.Total cleaning cost was near $ 1500.
AVOID. Very unfortunate that they have control of so many rental properties here. Truly wish there were more options for renters here. Rented from them previously and took great care of the apartment. Upon move out they required so much in the way of professional cleaning services (beyond carpet and general cleaning which is understandable) that were apparently required of every renter regardless, that we had to pay close to $1000 out of pocket just to move out after our lease was up. Tried to rent a house for my employee and his family because we expanded from Kona and now also are in Waimea. We are a local business trying to help our employees find a place close to work. They will not rent to a business. Nor will they let us co-sign.
