If I could leave a negative review I would. Akam took over in my neighborhood in Palm Beach County, FL in August 2024. They took a very long time to get my account onboarded so I could pay my HOA fee. It made me nervous because I typically pay at least 2 weeks in advance. I ended up paying twice in September, once for the month of September, and then again for the upcoming month of October.
