Would never work with this company again. They avoid calls, tried keeping our deposit and lie. Took 5 months to get our deposit back from an apartment that we stayed in one night.
I’m very pleased with the quality of management that PMRS provides. Alisa is thorough and proactive. She helps me avoid problems, and when they do come up she has a solution. She also brings me ideas for how to improve my properties. I’ve worked with several property managers, and PMRS is definitely one of the best.
I am not a current tenant but I just read some of the blog information posted and it was surprisingly really helpful. Kudos!
