RUN! PMP, Inc is THE WORST company on the planet. In addition to many other concerns I have about them ethically, I highly suspect they are stealing from my condo association’s funds. Had damage to our condo that occurred in June of 2022. Insurance paid out our claim however, Sherry Cadden, has done everything in her power to drag her feet and sit on our money. She’s taken it upon herself to short us each installment. The final payout in December 2022 (yes, it’s taken that long!) she’s intentionally withheld over $1,100+ dollars and she’s sitting on our depreciation check. This is a horrible management company, very unprofessional run company.
