If I could give zero stars thats what i would give. The should be called property management UNprofessionals. I havent had hot water for months. The sewer pipes have been backed up for months. I can never get a response from them. They will accept checks from DHS but want to say Im not on the lease which i am. Just all around hateful and lazy. Even through all that we still take ***** care of the house then what it looked like when we started a new lease.
The rental we got through PMP had a landlord that lived on site. The landlord had illegal surveillance (pointing into our window), left threatening sticky notes on our front door saying we better leave or well be evicted, locked us out of the property once to install more illegal cameras, threatened to beat his a** about another tenant, passive aggressively threw recycling on our porch and claimed that we didnt recycle correctly.
