This property management company is a joke. They pick and choose when they want to enforce the rules, and it’s never fair across the board. The bylaws say people are supposed to keep their yards up, but you can drive through here and see a bunch of houses looking rough and nothing ever gets done about it. They don’t care what the residents think, they don’t listen, and they always do the bare minimum just to get by.
