I lived off of the Desmet & Hamilton property. I moved in and it was clean and nice. The property is close to downtown, grocery stores, but far enough out to not feel in the middle of the downtown clutter. Kris, my property manager, was always responsive and always got back to me in a timely manner. I would recommend the property management as well as the property itself to anyone.
Kris and Jennifer are two of the kindest people I've ever dealt with when renting a place. Highly recommend.
The owners of Property Management Partners are amazing. They always make sure to go above and beyond for their tenants. Before they took over the property I live in I did not have a good impression of management companies. Jen and Chris definitely changed my opinion very early on. They are very straight forward and do their best to form good relationships with their tenants. They are always helpful and very quick to respond to any matience needs we had. I would recommend renting from them to anyone I know.
Our family has been with Property Management Partners since 2019 and I can't express enough what an amazing property manager Jen is! She has gone above and beyond to make sure problems are handled right away, we have never had to wait an excessive time frame to have someone out when there has been an issue.
