My wife and just moved out of a house in Spokane that we rented for 5 years, and had a wonderful experience with Property Management Partners. Their team was always quick and responsive to any questions or concerns we had and made the move in/ move out experience extremely painless. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the Spokane area.
We have rented twice with PMP, and each time has been a breath of fresh air and a much needed break from other poorly managed rental companies. PMP is very responsive, available, and quick to action. Unlike most companies where you struggle to get in contact with anyone, Kris was always very kind and available to help us with any issues that arose and needed to be fixed while we rented with them.
PMP treated us very well during our time renting and was both responsive and helpful when needed! There were many cases their team went above and beyond, but the one that stood out was one time they sent over maintenance on short notice to help prep our apartment (clearing drains, etc.) to make things safer for a visit from my very pregnant sister. Thanks PMP, my wife and I appreciate you!

I lived off of the Desmet & Hamilton property. I moved in and it was clean and nice. The property is close to downtown, grocery stores, but far enough out to not feel in the middle of the downtown clutter. Kris, my property manager, was always responsive and always got back to me in a timely manner. I would recommend the property management as well as the property itself to anyone.
