PMP treated us very well during our time renting and was both responsive and helpful when needed! There were many cases their team went above and beyond, but the one that stood out was one time they sent over maintenance on short notice to help prep our apartment (clearing drains, etc.) to make things safer for a visit from my very pregnant sister. Thanks PMP, my wife and I appreciate you!
I lived off of the Desmet & Hamilton property. I moved in and it was clean and nice. The property is close to downtown, grocery stores, but far enough out to not feel in the middle of the downtown clutter. Kris, my property manager, was always responsive and always got back to me in a timely manner. I would recommend the property management as well as the property itself to anyone.
The owners of Property Management Partners are amazing. They always make sure to go above and beyond for their tenants. Before they took over the property I live in I did not have a good impression of management companies. Jen and Chris definitely changed my opinion very early on. They are very straight forward and do their best to form good relationships with their tenants. They are always helpful and very quick to respond to any matience needs we had. I would recommend renting from them to anyone I know.
Kris and Jennifer at PMP are the only property management team I would consider with any property. They are fantastic with communication, they truly care about their clients and their needs and they go above and beyond! If you are considering using a property management company look no further! Kris and Jennifer will take great care of you and your greatest investment! Hands down the best property management company I have had the pleasure of working with!
