According to my property manager, our family rents a home next to a property managed by A+. A tree on the A + side is hanging over the house we rent. Not next to or adjacent, over the house. Imagine a crooked, incorrectly trimmed, and regrown wrong barrel sized log probably a hundred feet long dangling over your roof. Supposedly, our property manager has been on A+ for over a year about this tree.
