Contacted PMG and did not hesitate to pay application fee $150 and put deposit of $1195 down! The email urgency should have been a red flag but I gave deposit anyway! Went to view the place and did not like it so changed my mind. The place was not cleaned and no upgrades have been made to the place! Pictures were misleading! Anyway decided not to rent this place and PMG did not give me my full deposit back BEWARE they kept over half of my deposit talking about a fee This fee was NEVER MENTIONED to me!
