I have worked in this valley running a handyman service for more than 20 years, and have worked with 40-50 management companies during that period of time. Many are not even in business any longer. EXCELLENT Company! Great service and crazy fast response times. The owner, Brandon Morgan is reasonable, fair and very kind. I highly recommend them!
Does not keep up with city codes, and does not have areas plowed for parking or sidewalks cleared of snow. He states that it is the city's last concern. He is aware he can call a private party to do this, but has not done so. Well, according to him he called oh wait... OVER 30 HOURS AGO and more snow has accumulated! I believe this is a reason to break a lease.
