The work orders for heating and air were finished within a couple of business days. I've mostly dealt with Kathy, and Lindsey. Both have been professional, and have been able to address my concerns. I am happy renting from this company.
We put a work order in for the air a year again now, we have called and texted and all but moved the earth to try to get someone out here, but to no avail. Luckily its been cool lately but those few hot days (gotta love SC weather) it was 88 degrees in our house. Come summer time we will be suing if they do not get it fixed. I hope yall read this, and yall have been warned.
I have seen first hand how this company treats their tenants. Completely unacceptable. Please do research and choose another rental company.
I would give a zero at this point if I could. I’ve been with air conditioning for 3 weeks and nobody seems to care that it’s been 80+ degrees in my house. I was given the managers contact info and he will not respond to calls or texts. Very unprofessional. We signed our lease with a different manager but will not be renewing with this one.
