Sometimes it would be nice to have a personal physical, medical issue taken into consideration. I recently did not have that taken into consideration by phone and sent a certified letter to PMNE requesting this consideration and I never received an answer back by telephone to my request. I know Pam is usually good at doing her job, but a personal reply on what was requested after receiving a certified letter would be most appreciated. My issue was resolved but it never should have happened in the first place. They have to make sure that this doesn't happen to anyone else in the future. Glad they aren't my property management co. any more. They were the worst.
