We've been at our last rental for over 11 years, most of this time with Property Management & Leasing. Having Steve and eventually Chris as our property managers has been great over the years. What we appreciate the most is that we were able to tackle anything that came up on a more personal and friendly note than what you would have experienced otherwise. Everything was also always handled timely and professionally, making it easy on us. We'd love to rent from them again and would highly recommend them.
Positive feedback here! The leasing process was professional, efficient, and transparent. Since my move-in, Chris has addressed move-in questions and maintenance requests expediently and communicated consistently and very well during it. Beware of Leasing Agent Steve business practices. Taking your processing fee application to offer you an available unit. With in hours of offer, renting the unit to another applicant.
Steve and Team are a fantastic group of professionals. Having worked with PM&L for years I couldn't be happier with the results. They are attentive to the tenants, sensible in their approach, and go the extra mile to ensure things are taken care of.
