I was so blessed to have Steven take care of the leasing arrangements for my 80+ year old mother, since I live out of state, after she purchased a rental income home. He even went above & beyond with arranging the HOA payments so my mother didn't have to worry about it after losing her husband of 65 years. Knowing he's taking care of things, & even emails me a notice of her rental deposit, has really set my mind & my lovely mother's mind at ease. I would definitely recommend him & his company!
