The surrounding area is nice but thats about as good as it gets. No amenities, such as gym, pool, or laundry room. The apartments have really bad plumbing issues. I had sewer water all over the unit and no one came until days later and other countless disgusting experiences that i had here. By the way no repairs are ever done. Just quick patch ups and before you know it, another leak. The neighbors for the most part are sketchy and mean spirited. These units are not worth $1000 and up.
Great apartments for the price, great manager Brianna and staff Anabel and maintenance.
I lived here for two years a few years ago and maintenance service was bad. Towards the end of my residency I had water leaking from the ceiling and under the sink for a month took them a month to go look at it even though I reported it several times (spoke to them a couple times and then via voicemail and text as they stopped answering the phone). LITERAL NIGHTMARE. OVERPRICED FILTHY SLUMS. FALLING APART. EMPTY POOL FULL OF DIRT AND DEBRIS. (THEY RECENTLY FILLED IT WITH CONCRETE) MULTIPLE RECURRING FLOODING AND LEAKS IN MY UNIT FROM THE UPSTAIRS UNIT. TOOK OVER 9 MONTHS OF HOUNDING JAXON TEXAS TO GET SOME REPAIRS COMPLETED AND THE LEAKS CONTINUE TO THIS DAY. HAD TO FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.
