This rental company is terrible and the people who work there don’t have good customer service skills or listening skills. I will never recommend them to anyone ever,
Don't use this company, they're terrible
Not the best company out there when it comes to treating people equally and with respect. Was first in line and they cut me on information I was supposed to be given to get parts of the application done, they then proceeded to give the place to someone else within a week. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. But the places they did sell were nice. Just dumbfounds me they can treat people the way they do and still have service. No one deserves being played as dumb nor talked down on.
Worst property management company ever! I am the Army recruiter in Hayden and a soldier of mine was shipping out after having just enlisted. He is legally entitled to break his lease for service in the Army. They threatened to charge him to break the lease. It wasn’t until my Senior Sergeant and I went down in uniform did they leave him be.
