Very difficult to work with.
Response to their lies about me- I’ve attached an email of proof of the harassment and threats I received. PMI isn’t providing evidence of me harassing anyone because they are lying. I resigned as president immediately after I received this threatening email and PMI signed a new contract with our neighborhood after I resigned so they can’t blame me for why they stopped managing our neighborhood since I was threatened into resigning. I had an amazing experience with PMI. Great communication, super responsive when an appliance or other issue arose. They were wonderful and I would happily do business with them again.
They told the HOA board that we could increase fence height and allow privacy fences without a neighborhood vote after they reviewed our governing documents. They made us consult a lawyer to create a document to have the entire neighborhood vote then they refused to allow the board send out the document for a vote. 4-5 months later and still no vote!
