They told the HOA board that we could increase fence height and allow privacy fences without a neighborhood vote after they reviewed our governing documents. This company is a JOKE & UNPROFESSIONAL, property manager flirting & trying To Date Applicants (My Niece) Holding positions as leverage when things don’t go his way . And the company owner does nothing about & office lady’s says they’ll handle it ”internally” if your looking for a good and professional management company look else where cause it’s not here !
