Recently had a maintenance request and it was handled very quickly. They kept me in the loop for communication, and the vendor that handled my issue was very professional and knowledgeable.
The maintenance service from Cruz and Anthony was excellent. They made sure to take care of the issues and were very responsive!
I am currently a tenant with PMI as the property management. I submitted a maintenance more than two months ago and they never responded to it. I emailed the property manager a few days ago and they still haven't responded. I called and instead of speaking to a person, I was speaking to an AI? Even then, after the AI assistant transferred me to the property manager they didn't even pick up? It's business hours. I am very disappointed, they are completely unresponsive. The maintenance customer service is excellent. Cruz and Anthony were great with communication and quickly remedied all maintenance requests.
Unprofessional and unresponsive just like the reviews say. I generally only write reviews if giving 5 stars, but sometimes it's worth taking the time to write reviews to warn other people. Read the reviews on here - they all say the same thing ... Polite at first and then after that, just simply unprofessional and stops responding. He charges higher application fees than pretty much everyone else in the area and says he will call back with a response regardless of whether the owner is moving forward or not, but as reviews in... read more
