Usually don't write reviews, but I feel inclined to so people don't get their hopes up. A couple of friends and I were looking for a place to live post-graduation. Throughout the process, we came across one of the properties managed through PMI, and we messaged them inquiring about possibly touring the place. My condo is managed by them and during the first year, they were extremely professional. After that, they do the bare minimum and it's impossible to get a hold of them (email, phone, website, etc). They charged me a $1200 order without my approval even though I have a maximum that they need to get my approval for prior to. I had to schedule a Calendly after the initial problem was notified to me through my HOA and they pretended as if they had been updating me about it the whole time - very unprofessional. Welp. I didn't want to do this but here I am. If you are a prospective tenant and see PMI or John Malatesta on your lease agreement you might as well enjoy being resigned to the slumlord life. John and his minion CJ and their AI bot David will ignore your requests and take weeks to even months to fix things that you use daily and that you are promised in your lease agreement.
