FYI! Be Astute when having to deal with Celeste @ PMI Gwinnette. My sister & i's worst experience ever with renting from this company. Celeste Burke was the most unprofessional, disrespectful person ever. I as a property manager in california, had to school her on the laws of what could be allowed & what could not be allowed in the state of GA, as she was not aware that the things she was telling us was illegal. PMI Gwinnett has done an excellent job of managing and leasing our rental property in Lawrenceville for over 3 years. They have been professional, efficient, and knowledgeable on all matters related to our property needs. In addition, our tenants have been happy with them as well. If you want dependable and reasonable property management, we highly recommend PMI Gwinnett. We are getting to buy our next rental and plan to place it with them as well.
I have worked with various rental property agents over the years but I have never had an experience quite like this. For brevity, I'll summarize my experience with Celeste. I arrived at the property, the tour of the home was fine.
