I worked with PMI Cincinnati, and they were OK until one day they just up and disappeared. Voicemail box full, emails bounced, web portal offline, not answering or returning calls.
Barb Hebenstriet & PMI property management had been managing our rental property for a year with no major problems. However during the second year communication with PMI dwindled from a one to two day response to weeks going by before hearing back from them. Until one day they took their website down and changed their number without informing us.
