Oliver and Tiffany were fantastic. Clear communication and timely responses. I could not recommend them enough!
As a renter, Oliver is not professional by any means. My deposit check couldn't be mailed becauae of how he writes on the envelope & was returned as non deliverable. Tiffany the "leasing agent" supports & condones criminal activity. I had a neighbor & her friends attempt to break into my apartment so many times they broke my front door handle & PMI did NOTHING about it until the day before I moved out. By far, hands down, thee worst rental experience in my life. BEWARE...

I would HIGHLY recommend PMI to anyone considering to rent their property. We needed to get our rental property rental ready in less than 2 weeks, have it photographed and listed. Oliver walked me through the process, the contract and all the small details all while being totally available for communication and trouble shooting. We’ve had the best experience and look forward to our continued partnership!
